Metroid II: Return of Samus is the sequel to Metroid (NES) released in 1991 for the Game Boy. Despite the first Metroid not selling well, Nintendo descided to throw their hat in the ring with a handheld sequel. Ironically, this game sold even less copies than the original, and many reviewers, including Johnny, see it as inferior to it's NES original.

InfoEdit

Released as the sequel to the NES platformer Metroid, Metroid II: the Return of Samus, was released shortly after as the handheld sequel. It sold even less copies than it's predecessor but Nintendo still made a third game for SNES called Super Metroid 3 years later in 1994.

SomecallmeJohnnyEdit

In Johnny's Month of Metroid, Johnny reviewed the game with a mixed reception. Further details of the review can be seen on his channel. It's ending score was a 6.5/10, the worst score to come across a Metroid title, tough that isn't saying much when Johnny claimed Metroid Prime Hunters the worst.
